With the IBEX product line, we present advanced speed controllers for sensorless brushless motors, exclusively for use in RC model airplanes. With integrated telemetry and various possibilities for optional user configuration, the speed controllers offer high efficiency, low weight and precise motor control.

IBEX45 - the small F5J specialist

This high-performance BLDC controller delivers a continuous current of up to 40A at a voltage of up to 26V (6S LiPo). It offers a stabilized voltage BEC output with a continuous current of up to 10A and is ideal for smaller RC models such as electric gliders. With a load capacity of up to 60A for 30 seconds, this controller is ideal for F5J competition models.

  • Compact performance: Small dimensions combined with powerful motor control.
  • Powerful BEC: Stable BEC with 10A continuous current (max. 20A) and protection against overcurrent and overheating.
  • Flexibly adjustable: BEC voltage can be configured in 0.1 V increments.
  • Extensive protection: protection against overvoltage and undervoltage, overtemperature, motor blocking.
  • Safety functions: Current limiter and switch-off in the event of signal loss.
  • Wide range of configuration options: Adjustable acceleration, timing, brake, etc.
  • Low noise emission due to high-frequency circuitry.
  • Automatic telemetry detection (e.g. Duplex EX, Hott, MSB, S.Bus2). Alternative firmware for Spektrum SRXL2 telemetry available.
  • Extensive telemetry data such as voltage, current, power, capacity, temperature and speed.
  • Simple configuration via transmitter or external terminal (JETIBOX/SMART-BOX) and firmware updates via USB.

Additional functions:

Synchronous rectification (active freewheeling) for more precise motor response and less heat generation. Compatibility with high-performance motors: Ideal for multi-pole motors and common motor types. Backup battery connection without additional adapters. Not included: Propeller positioning function, external on/off switch and motor temperature sensor.
