If you are a business within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) and act upon conclusion of the contract in the performance of your commercial or self-employment, no right of withdrawal. As a consumer you have - if the contract is concluded exclusively by means of distance communication - the following

Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel within fourteen days without giving any reason this contract.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date

a) in the case of a contract of sale, "at which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or has.";
b) in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered under a single order, the consumer and which are supplied separately: taken "in which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, the last item in possession have or has. ";
c) in the case of a contract for the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, "in which you, or a representative of your third party, other than the carrier, the last installment or the last piece have taken physical possession of. ";
d) in the case of a contract for regular delivery of goods during a specified period of time "in which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, the first goods have taken physical possession of."

by a clear statement (eg a consigned by post mail, fax or email) of your decision
to withdraw from this contract, inform. You can sure use the model withdrawal form from our website, but this is not mandatory.

In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message about the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we give you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us expensive type of standard delivery have), and must be repaid immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You have to return the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to us or to pass. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and revoke it later, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement, if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are at the same time your lender or if your lender with regard to the financing of our involvement. If we the loan with effect of the revocation or the return of the goods already received, your lender occurs with respect to the effects of withdrawal or return our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you. The latter does not apply if the present contract is the purchase of financial instruments (eg securities, foreign exchange or derivatives) to the object.

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation to the extent possible, make use of your right to cancel and also revoke the loan agreement, if you are eligible also for a right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable due to their condition for a return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

The right of withdrawal does not not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of newspapers, journals and magazines, unless you have given your contract phone.

General information
Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Send the goods if possible in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. Use a protective outer packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package for adequate protection against damage in transit.
